What counts as an IP address?
Every registered address, both IPv4 and IPv6, whatever its status. Subnets and ranges, such as DHCP pools and reserved blocks, do not count.
What happens when we reach the limit?
Everything registered keeps working, and you can search, edit and export as before. Only new addresses cannot be added. Agent reports still update known addresses.
Can the limit change?
Yes. The limit is set by us and may change. Changes that reduce what you have access to are announced at least 30 days in advance. Data already registered is not deleted. See the terms.
When will paid plans arrive, and what will they cost?
That has not been decided yet. When they arrive we will notify every owner well in advance. Nobody is charged without choosing a paid plan themselves.
Do we need a credit card to sign up?
No. All you need is a name, company and email address.
